Spray foam insulation in New Holstein, WI

Three miles from Kiel. Older homes with drafty basements and attics, and we usually call back the same business day.

• Attics and roof decks: Sealing and insulating attics, with ventilation settled first.
• Rim joists and band boards: The cold, leaky strip around the top of the basement wall.
• Pole barns and shops: Insulating post-frame buildings and shops, where condensation is the real problem.
• Crawl spaces: Sealed crawl spaces under additions, lake cottages and older homes.
• New construction and additions: Foam in new walls and roofs, planned with the builder before the drywall goes up.
• Ice dams and air sealing: Why the edge of the roof ices up, and what we do about it.
• When cellulose or fiberglass is the better answer: Open attics, big flat floors and tight budgets: foam is not always the answer.

How it works in New Holstein

1. Text photos of the attic, rim joist or shop, and your town.
2. Get a number in writing, after we look at the space.
3. Get on the schedule with the prep and ventilation explained up front.
